Who will record and edit our wedding?

Unlike some companies we do not sub-contract weddings to third parties for filming or editing. We only accept bookings for work that we can cover. This means that your wedding film will be of the same style and high standard of the demonstration DVD.

 

What will I get as a finished product?

Your completed DVD will consist of a main film of around 30-90 minutes ( depending of the package), with fully interactive chapter selections as you would expect on a professional DVD. All editing is included in the package.

 

What are your terms for deposits and refunds?

We ask for a 30% of non refundable deposit to confirm the booking of your wedding date.

 

How soon after the wedding will I get my finished DVD?

Editing (post-production) takes many more hours than the actual filming. As this tends to be spread out according to workload, a wedding DVD typically takes around 2-6 weeks to complete. Depending on time of the year and package you choose.

 

What geographical areas do you cover?

Based in London (Wimbledon), our standard package covers travel in London. Further distances may involve additional transport costs, discussed and agreed in advance.

 

What if I want additional copies of the finished DVD?

The cost per additional standard defenition copy is £15, and for Blu-Ray £25.

 

Will the wedding video DVD work on non-UK DVD players in other countries?

Yes, there are no playback restrictions on our DVDs - they should work on all popular players worldwide. In the event of a problem we are usually able to troubleshoot.

 

What about special requests and requirements?

We are delighted to discuss any special requests you may have. If you're dreaming of a particular theme or style for your wedding video, we'll talk through the options with you and discuss what is achievable and any additional costs which would be necessary to make your dream come true. We love a challenge and relish the opportunity to push the boat out creatively. Anything is possible (subject to budget and location) - just ask!

 

Can I have my choice of music on my wedding video?

The simple answer is almost certainly yes,  depending on the type of music, how much recording is involved.
